Wasn't he Bims manager for a long time before he became a WI selector? so whats the problem? 
furthermore what could give the yutes more determination to play well than to have a proper WI SENIOR TEAM SELECTOR watching them play? i bet if some of these yute tear up the place they'll find themselves in the A-team soon.

estwick has been around and appears to know wat he is doing.
if I had to judge the managers aroudn now I wud give courtney Browne at least 6 over 10 and pick him to manage the seniour team too. I wud give Richie 2 over 10 and send him packing
I dont know Stuart Williams as a coach. he appears to be some Dotty packing but if he is good enough for the job I have no quarrell.
Springer has been around. she appears qualified.
