Shiv and Sarwan stats speaks for themselves with over 15 and 10 years of service respectively for WI.

However, a big score will boost their confidence after this WICB non sense.

see shiv has been a very good test batsman...it was just unfortunate that WI didnt have that many batsman in his era but he is 36 now...there is an end to every thing...there are quite a few replacements now should bring back sarwan but shiv cant be at least not for odis

if you are going to replace a player, shouldn't it be with a better one? Age has nothing to do if the players keep putting up the numbers.

Do you know Clive Lloyd played for West Indies at the age of 40, in the 1980s when we had players knocking at the door? Shiv ODI stats is better than Lloyd... This is not a comparison but just a reference.
Who is knocking Shiv's door for the # 5 or #6 spot?

kraigg brathwaite would be handy at no5 or 6 because opener slot isnt free...there is barath simmons gayle etc already but as far as tests are concerned i agree cause they have nothing to do with the pace of one dayers

Kraigg is a good player but he is an opener.. Plus, he didn't prove himself at the international level yet. Do you know that Shiv is Kraigg's hero? :)

BTW, looking at Kraigg's list A stats, he is averaging 21 from 4 games.

exactly...let him prove himself at the FC level (List A) before we rush the young-man into the ODI team. Players have to be selected on merit...enough of this grab names from bag phenomenon :)
