What does Lloyd and Shiv have in common....dem nah want to see or dem can't accept de fact dat we Muddies prepare our players to have a long and sustained career on the international scene....Clive Lloyd played til 40+ in both Test and ODIs.

When picking a Test side, you need to look at how the batsmen perform in the Tests, and Shiv was one of our best batsmen in the six Tests that the Windies played in 2010. That's the main criteria, not some pointless off-the-cuff remark.
If there are better Test batsmen than Shiv out there, then they should play ahead of Shiv. But until those batsmen come to the fore, Shiv stays in the team....
