What about the third day, was it any easier Gibbo?Gibson said Sunday's win on a difficult surface for batsmen was a "great achievement", for which he credited the entire team, but especially the batting effort on the first day of the game.
"To be able to bat out that first day and understand how difficult it was going to be and then the contributions from the lower order. One of the things that we've sort of changed in our practice is that everybody is a batsman, so everybody has to bat in the nets or be seen to be trying to improve their batting. That was a big difference in the match as well, the runs from nine, ten, jack made a huge difference."

He is obviously not thing like a "coach" to motivate and giving Jack his jacket. This was a good opportunity for Gibbo to turn a new page but he is continuing with his usual self.Googley wrote:Bally, Opiss must be Afro...he can't bring himself to give thanks to the great man!![]()
After the WC, Gibson jumped and attacked the seniors. Now, this win is a team effort despite Shiv lone war until Bishoo show up at the wicket on day three.

gibbo and shive in a war. there is a court action or the threat of one at least?
I do believe Gibbo coud have have been more sophisticated and steered clear, said none of the volumes reported in the article.
as it is he did expose a subjectivity that was best left away from public eyes. he Gibbo must have been feelings his oats, a sense of increased power after the win.
but it was far more politic for Gibbo to have simly given shive credit for his contribution and left it right there.
Imran Khan needs to do some work with his manager on speaking to the media

aka Shiv, Gayle, SarsAnd the coach threw out this final thought: "You have people with real talent and ability that you look to mostly and they do well for you. But they bring something else, there's a certain baggage.
aka Clappo and devon ShyteThen you have somebody with less ability that you know has a strong character and will fight for you every day. And maybe we need some more of those sort of people... Maybe that's something for the selectors to think about."
there you go...Gayle will never play for WI again. And Sars & Shiv need to watch their back!
