If WI had two spinners maybe the result could have been different. Why WI hell bent on playing pacers who are failing to deliver?

as I said Benn is essenial. he is still the best spinner we have..and he can bowl.

AFRO is dead wrong when he is all over Bishoo without factoring in inexperience.

Bishoo will be better in time. he is an attacking bowler who shud be deadly with experience.

but his lack of experience was palpable in the last innings of the first test and through the second

but I think dat wicket at Warner park took everybody by surpise. the selectors did not have a chance, deh cud not know dat wicket wud take spin before the game

If the pitches for the India series are anything like the pitches Pakistan played on, then yes, we need to think seriously about playing two spinners, and I would think that Benn is in the frame for a recall....

Mike, if you look at the top regional performers there are all spinners. most of our wickets are slow and take spin well. yet, WICB cappo, coach, selectors , et al are hell-bent on playing fast bowlers rather than a few spinners.

especially at Warner Park I cant agree with that Bally.

check out the patterns of scoring on these pitches over he last 5-10 years.

I dont see no reason at warner park westindies did anythign but pik according to how dat pitch has played form the start.

THERE WAS ABSOLUTELY NOTHING TO SUGGEST THAT THE WARNER PARK WICKET WUD SUDDENLY MORPH INTO A SPINNERS PARADISE.

of course westindies full of spinners now as once we were full of pace. I dont know dat the pitches have anything to with that turn. whahever it is is seems not totally dependent on the quality of the pitches in the region

I say it again...and in capitals: IF BUTTS AND DEM WANT TO KNOW WHICH BOWLERS TO PICK MACO THE BOWLING STRENGTHS OF THE INDIAN SIDE AND ON THE MORING OF THE TEST PICK WAT THE INDIANS PIK.

THE WICKETS WILL BE TAILORED FOR THE INDIANS NO DOUBT SO WATCH WHAT THEY PIK AND FOLLOW SUIT!

its the safest, most accurate standard for selection I can think of given sure expeience.... what I see going on in the region
