Ramnaresh Sarwan is playing in his 87th test---he has scored 5826 runs at an average of 40.46 with 15 hundreds and 31 fifties.
BUT SARWAN HAS FAILED MISERABLY WITH THE BAT IN TESTS IN 2011
These are his test scores in 2011.
23, 11, 20, 0, 3, 0
Sarwan will need to score at least a fifty in the current test in Barbados to hold his place in the WI test team.
SARWAN IN BARBADOS
In Sarwan's last test in Barbados he scored 291 against England---that was back in February 2009.
Back in May 2000 Sarwan made his test debut in Barbados scoring 84* and 11* against Pakistan.
If Sars fails in Barbados against India he could very well be playing his final test match at the ground he made his test debut and the ground he made his highest score(291).
Good luck to sars against India.
YOU NEED TO SCORE A FIFTY SARS!

ANOTHER FAILURE FOR SARWAN
Sharma to Sarwan, OUT, ahh, Sars. No footwork, and he is caught on the crease by Ishant, who despite trying all those bouncers, has struck with a full ball. It was full, angling in, and headed for middle and off stump, Sarwan looked to play at it without getting here or there, and missed. He was in fact playing down the wrong line. Plumb. Half of the Windies are back in the hut.
RR Sarwan lbw b Sharma 18 (43b 2x4 0x6) SR: 41.86
Sarwan's string of failures in 2011 continues.
23, 11, 20, 0, 3, 0, 18
Oh well!
Maybe in the 2nd innings Sars will pull off a miracle and score a fifty.
He badly needs a fifty to hold his place in the West Indies team.

For me he needed to score 150 - and he didn't. Drop him.

Sars is in danger of seeing his test average dip below 40.
His test average right now is 40.23---5834 runs in 145 innings.
If he scores a duck in the next innings his average will fall to 39.95
SARS IS IN GRAVE DANGER OF BEING DROPPED.

BUT SARWAN HAS FAILED MISERABLY WITH THE BAT IN TESTS IN 2011
And that is an understatement...a man 30+ years old should be masculine enough to overcome this mental madness....Sars need to grow up and start tekking charge of his own destiny or face de consequences....No more "Mental" excuse from him.
BTW - I think dat dis is de curese of Jala....

Are you accusing Sars of being a mental midget ?
He put up some good scores in the onedayers----I'm surprised to see him fail in the tests.
If he fails in the 2nd innings he should be dropped from the test team----if he scores big in the next regionals then he can be brought back into the WI team.
BUT RIGHT NOW SARS CONFIDENCE SEEMS TO HAVE BEEN SHATTERED!
And it's all his fault---he shouldn't blame anyone.

He can asked to be ROTATED juss like Big Bravo did on de ODI's...Sars should be tougher than this and its been long enough for him to figure out that you can only blame mental weakness fuh so long....I am now begininning to think dat he is a mental midget....

Hope Sars is paying keen attention to Marlon Samuels at the wicket---and learn a lesson or two.
Maybe Sars should switch position with Marlon in the 2nd innings---if there is a 2nd innings----the rains may intervene.
Of well! Sars deserves to be rotated like Dwayne Bravo was.

SARWAN WILL NEED DIVINE INTERVENTION TO HOLD HIS PLACE
Another failure for Sars.
sarwan c raina b kumar 8
SARWAN'S TEST AVERAGE AFTER 87 TESTS IS NOW 40.01
The selectors should do him a favor and drop him----he would have ended his test career with a 40 average.
