Generally, in any team performance, good or bad, the Coach has to take overall responsibility.
It was a horror-show with the bat and both he and Sammy should be man-enough to face the music. I know there's been a witch-hunt out by some of you, but we know full well from the previous matches, that we can play better than this, but that shouldn't hide the fact that there is a weakness in the team, which is capable of being exposed. Some of you may laugh it off being Bangladesh, but their spinners are still a handful on some of their pitches and the reality is the WI team, doesn't play spin too well.
I would still give Gibson a chance, given the nucleus of alot of new faces. I don't think it's fair to play judge, jury and executioner, based on a couple of games. See how it goes throughout the Series as a whole. Otis Gibson was part of the England Coaching set-up and now they're the number one team in Test Cricket. Up until now, he's not doing any worse than Bennett King and John Dyson and they had a better selection of players in to choose from.

Silvamaine.... Gibson was the one that started the witch-hunt when he openly attacked the seniors. Now him, Hilaire, selectors, WICB et al ignoring the same players that can make a difference.. Its time for the guys calling the shots to step forward, man up and take responsibilities for the actions..
Gibson on teh job for over a year now ... He and the board have been judge, jury and executioner and the fans can't questioned their moves and motives?
Actually Gibson leff England for almost 2 years now as a BOWLING coach so don't see how he should be credited for their success.

Erm he blamed THE WHOLE BATTING UNIT as a whole after they EMBARRASSED us at the world cup, so he didn't pick on individual players, then that big mouth Gayle start bawl on twitter and then done that radio interview cussing off him bosses, after dat HE picked IPL money over his country,BallOil wrote:Silvamaine.... Sarwan and Nash played against both India and Pak, THEY FAILED, Dwayne Bravo also picked IPL instead of the Pak tests, so don't give me this crap about "he's ignoring the players who could make a difference", the only player who could make a difference is Taylor, but the fact is he's too injury prone,
I find it funny that none of you skunts wanna praise Gibbo when we WIN A SERIES like we just have, or when we BEAT ENGLAND in dem own backyard the other day, but one loss and unnu start come out of the woodwork?!!.. GO SIT YOUR SILLY RASSES DONG!!..unnu just a bunch of bitter skunts!!
