who would you have employed as head coach for WI instead of this clown we have now?

I would have stuck around with Dyson for a bit longer. He was making progress before getting fired.

I would consider Carl Hooper or Alvin Kallicharran for the job.

Wasn't David Williams incharge when we last went to Australia? wah happen? WE LOST THE TEST SERIES 2-0 AND LOST THE ODI SERIES 4-0, so needless to say i don't believe he is the man to move us forward, if we were to ever let Gibson go then the replacement would have to be someone of a better standard, a man who has MANAGED AT THE HEIGHEST LEVEL, Someone like Peter Moores for example who developed the current England team, unlike Map i'm not concerned about where the coach comes from, as long as they can deliver success i'm cool.
