Hilaire to Simmons: Withdraw Arbitration Matter for Retainer

The WICB CEO Dr. Ernest Hilaire through Trinidad and Tobago Manager and former West Indies Team Manager Omar Khan has informed Lendl Simmons that if he wishes to receive a retainer contract he would have to drop the arbitration matter by writing to the WICB CEO Dr. Ernest Hilaire that he has unconditionally withdrawn his arbitration matter against the WICB. This message was conveyed to Simmons initially during the recently concluded Champions League T20 tournament in India. A ruling on the arbitration matter is expected shortly. As for Simmo, at the time of the meetings the man was barely playing cricket, wasn't he even injured for a spell? then he came back for the t20 competition and done well, then he scored some hundreds in the four day competition AND WHAT HAPPENED AFTER THAT? did the WICB ignore him? As for Simmo, yes he performed and got picked, WHICH IS SOMETHING "SENIORS" LIKE NASH AND SARS DIDN'T DO, get it now? if they were that bitter with Simmo he would have been left on the sidelines like Gayle, BUT HE WASN'T, so the WICB aren't as bad as you suggest.
