WI not on the upward curve on the ICC ratings....

In January 2011, WI had 88 points and now in November we still on 88.

Plus the year is not done yet and tough India tour is ahead. Then we have Aus and England to follow.

Lloyd can't be talking about performance from a results standpoint, but more due to the effort and work that's put into the team itself. A Squad of players that are trying to play as one, where no one man carries the team, but they play for each other, as a collective unit.

He can't be saying that based on the fact that we have India, Australia and England to follow. Realistically those are three series that we should be losing on paper, so i'm assuming that it's based on how he see's it in the long term with this Squad and youngsters that are breaking through the Academy and Performance Centre.

Lloyd might be a spokesman for that dubious Board, but given his knowledge and experience, if anybody can see the potential of a team that's possibly going in the right direction, then it's him.

I see a few improvements in some areas, but i wouldn't go as far as a upward curve.

Not neccesarily, i just don't think it's time to celebrate the worm turning quite yet. But who am i to contradict, whatever vision Lloyd has of the progress he sees in the team.

Looks like Lloyd measuring our boys against lowly Bangladesh. I would rather him wait after the India series before making such statements. I expect better from him..

Hell if I got aTrophy and a Tournament named after me I would be nice to the people who did that . In my opinion the Series vs India , in my opinion is going to be a yardstick by which to measure the progress our Players have made .
