How is it licks to say that the WICB is employing double-standards and can't be trusted?
:?
As I've said before, the selection of Narine just goes to show that the WICB are employing double-standards and are being dishonest by saying that Pollard can't play for the WI 20/20 team until he plays in the domestic competition in the same year....

I'm not surprised that Narine has been picked, and I'm not surprised that the WICB employs double-standards. They use one rule for Pollard et al, and another rule for Narine. They just make it up as they go along. No surprises there....

Let me break it down in a way that hopefully even you can understand, Afro....
:D
1) WICB tells Big Bravo and Pollard that they can't be eligible to play for WI 20/20 team until they play in the equivalent domestic competition.

2) The WI A team is just one step below in terms of regional representation.

3) Narine didn't play in the domestic four-day competition, so if the WICB were being inconsistent, the same rule would apply.

Conclusion: the WICB are corrupt skunts who just wanted to spite Pollard, Big Bravo, etc for earning money outside of WI cricket, while implementing one law for the Medes, and another for the Persians.

Because if you become eligible to play four-day cricket for the WI A team without even playing a four-day game for Trinidad, then even you are eligible to play for the A team!
But if exceptional circumstances are being applied to Narine, those same exceptional circumstances should be applied to Pollard and Big Bravo. Surely, even you can see that logic?

LOL are you that retarded Mike? THE FIRST TEAM AND A-TEAM ARE TWO DIFFERENT THINGS, i made a simple request and you're either too dumb to comprehend it or just bone idle, so i'll ask you again..CAN YOU FIND ME SOME INFORMATION THAT SUGGEST THE SAME RULES APPLY FOR THE A-TEAM AS THEY DO WITH THE FIRST TEAM? that's all i'm asking!!..

Surely an old man like you can fathom that Pollard and Bravo's cases are ABOUT THE FIRST TEAM, not the A-team, also here's a little bit of information to blow your garbage speculation out of the water..ready?

DWAYNE BRAVO DIDN'T PLAY A SINGLE MATCH FOR TRINIDAD IN THE LAST FOUR DAY COMPETITION EITHER!!.. does that sound like the WICB are "biased" against Bravo?

AND YET WHEN HE WAS NAMED CAPTAIN BEFORE HE GOT INJURED YOU DIDN'T SAY A WORD ABOUT ANY "RULES"?..LOL you're so transparent Mike

Can you find me a rule that says that there are different rules for the A team than for the WI main team?
Because if the rules are different, that is something the WICB should advertise....

If you'd actually read my post, you'd see I was talking about Bravo's and Pollard's selection to the 20/20 side vis-a-vis Narine's selection to the four-day team. I know it's a difficult one for your small brain to comprehend such complexities, but try to give it a shot, Afro....
:D
Still, joshua has explained the nonsensical rule here:

I've decided to help you out by asking about Chesney's eligibility for the A team....

LOL GRANDPA Mike FAILS again i see!! , YOU KEEP RUNNING YOUR MOUTH ABOUT "THE RULES". AND YET YOU CAN'T PROVE THEY COUNT WHEN IT COMES TO THE A-TEAM?

let me break it down slowly for you old boy because of course your getting senile in your old age, YOU SAID "if they pick Narine for the a-team it would prove they were biased against Pollard and Bravo with the t20s", BUT HOW THE FECK DOES THAT COUNT WHEN THE RULES FOR THE A-TEAM AND THE RULES FOR THE FIRST TEAM MAY NOT BE THE SAME? that's what you can't seem to get through your thick head!!,

ALSO LIKE I SAID BRAVO WAS PICKED FOR THE THIS CURRENT A-TEAM TEST SERIES BEFORE HE GOT INJURED!!..but he didn't play a single match for trinidad in the last four day competition SO CAN YOU EXPLAIN HOW THE WICB WERE BIASED AGAINST BRAVO PLEASE? :| come on smarty pants please enlighten me instead of trying to hide behind Joshua!!.

With a view to defining a clear path for West Indies Cricket in the medium term, the WICB announces its newly developed Selection Criteria which will guide the WICB Selection Committee in the selection of all West Indies teams.

Who's hiding behind joshua?
joshua is clearly more knowledgeable about selection to play for all West Indies teams than I am....
:D
He happily corrected me on Narine, and he can answer your queries on Chesney. However, that's an academic point, because Chesney's not in this XI. That said, because Chesney played for the Leewards in their one-day side, he's eligible to be picked for the WI A one-day side - no dispute there!
