It's good news as he can mount a serious challenge to Sammy's position, but the frustrating thing is the man needs to really work on his batting!!, if he improved that part of his game we'd be laughing right now, the next four day competition will be very interesting to see.

exactly!

Ramdin is the best skipper in the Titty bunch of players. and if he batted as his skills originally prmised westindies would indeed be a much happier batting side rigth now

there yu tgo putting maljo on people again.

how yu know he wont disappoint.... he disppointed with his batting ..so how do you know?

based on wat he has done as a skipper before we know he is the best man to succeed Ganga. and we wish him well and hope it all works out..even expect dat it will

but we doh 'know' dat it will with certainty. you mus' be god or soemthing!

Ramdin and Baugh suffering from the same thing...lack of competition...  Both of them lack the need to improve their batting...  As fuh Captaincy, he was touted a long time back (U19) to having excellent leadership qualities...but we all know dat his batting needs to improve! 8-)

I agree with all AFRO say except 'mounting a serious threat to Sammy'

ramdin is good for Titty..and wud make a competent captain for the westindies if he cud bat.

but he cant bat, althoug he started off scoring well.

42 tests matches says that he cant bat well enuff. 42 tests is a lifetime for most players. can we reasonably expect ramdin to come back and get better after 42 tests.

nah. not likely at all.

I meant Ramdin is fine for Titty, the best man at this time to replace Ganga.

Ramdin will last prolly 2-3 years as Titty cappo, before some young tyro comes up and pushes him. and as he probably has no westindian future he will likely be asked to step down and dat wud be that.

Googly must be dreamin' as usual his head off in some fantasic cloud somewhere. it is far more than likely that ramdins future is behind him..not ahead.
