as a cricket head coach he should know that pace is the number 1 wining factor in all test cricket. and deh who have pace wins, carries all before them.

but instead of getting in among the young to find pace and develop it fully..he dismisses all the youth, focuses on Tino Best, the absolute worst fast bowler in the region, young or old and goes with him everywhere.

Gibson chooses to develop a 31 year old never was as a bowler while ignoring everyone else.
