WICB released the squad for the 4th and 5th ODIs then changed it for just the 4th.

Will Shiv get to play in Guyana or is there a cat and mouse game going on?

yes, they changed it. I guess they should announce the squad for the last ODI anytime, and Edwards might not make the GT trip

I was remembering when Haynes came into the WI team having been a middle order batsman for Barbados. And that man worked on his game so till he formed one of the most formidable opening partnerships that cricket has ever seen.

Technically sound foundation and able to rip an attack to shreds once he got in. Pure genius.

I remember him carrying his bat through the innings in England in very diffuclt conditions. Did he do it twice in a test match?

So if these young cricketers are unable to respect his pedigree and learn from him then they need their heads examined.

Still, it's going to take Edwards more than a few days between ODIs to correct his flaws....
